Refund Policy

  • Anything that is subscribed or conditioned will be entitled to be exchanged or returned if the customer deems so within a period of 24 hours of time.
  • myGrowR shall process a refund when a valid authorization and presentment were previously processed and the Users subsequently either canceled the transaction or returned the goods, or wish to refund the amount in cases of services not rendered or to rectify any transaction processing error, or services/goods are not delivered within the prescribed period of your completion of the transaction, then you may inform us by sending an email to our customer services email address mentioned on the Contact Us page, containing the complete details of the said disputed transactions such as date, time, order/transaction numbers, account number, etc.. For processing a refund, the users shall present a refund request to Just Dial along with all the required details to identify the previously authorized and settled transaction and myGrowR shall process the refund within 5 (Five) working days from the date the refund request is received. The refund request must describe the failed/returned/rejected/canceled transactions or merchandise that was returned, services canceled, or adjustments made. The funds have to be credited back to the same source from where these were received, and not by cash or any other mode. In case of any users’ complaints regarding non-refund for failed transactions and/or non-credit for successful transactions shall be dealt with by the Bank. Any complaint about credit not being given to Users should be dealt with conclusively and bilaterally by the remitting and beneficiary banks as per its Policy.
